Advice Resolutions marks the purchase of a new shared ownership new build home for one of their clients, as one of its triumphant successes for 2025.

Advice Resolutions are fully supportive of the purchase of good quality homes for life and for investment whether its for family and/or a business enterprise.

We want to see more home ownership for any age group whether you are single or a family. We also have a vision that many more people with disabilities will be able to own their own home.

The ability to rent social housing has been fast diminishing since the right to buy was enacted by the Conservative Government. At the same time we do not want to see those who find it challenging to get a mortgage left behind, which is why our role is two fold, which is to generate prosperity and help the vulnerable/low income clients to leave the poverty trap and secure affordable housing.

Not everyone can and wants to be a home owner. For those who want to be a home owner help is out there for a mortgage and a reputable solicitor.

We have access to the shared ownership market and tools for on line information, Independent Financial Advisers, and Solicitors to help you take that bold leap to own your own home.

Whilst renting privately can be more than a mortgage, the mortgage market can be relentless in preventing home ownership through private home buying without shared ownership. Financial packages and fair calculations of income could see you in a new home in a matter of months.

Most young families are priced out of the shared ownership market and rely on parents to fund their deposit, or others wait for the never never windfall. If you want peace of mind, security as best as can be had, then buying is not a bad idea. You can make your home your own eventually, and to some extent choose where you live. You might decide that you want to buy later but save towards buying. Let us see how we can guide you to think more money wise.
