The Independent Office of Police Complaints (IOPC) slams corrupt Metropolitan Police Constable working In Professional Standards Department.
This Police Officer is part of a gang network of law enforcement who act in Proceeds of Crime by forcing a Black woman to pay confiscation under a legislation for a crime that ceases to exist.
A Police Constable In the Metropolitan Police Professional Standards Department acted bias and perverted the course of justice in the investigating of a Black Woman's complaint case of illegal conviction and sentence for an alleged speeding offence from 15 years ago.
This case does tend to demonstrate there are still rotten apples in a barrel to be sought out in the Police service, taken to task by their scrutineers, and either found against via misconduct, gross misconduct and/or dismissal.
Today we are jubilant and triumphant that The Independent Office of Police Complaints (IOPC) as the last resort of scrutiny in this case, confirmed that the Police Constable in the Metropolitan Police Professional Standards Department who investigated the perjury and contempt of court complaint brought by our client, has found maladministration failings and poor complaint handling. We remind our viewers that this is the case in which the Police Scotland falsely arrested and committed gender based violence and sexual harassment against our client 1 May 2024 for, believe it or not, a payment of a confiscation sentence /conviction not prescribed for in legislation, for an alleged speeding offence. The walls are caving in for the corruption and slowly the system is tumbling down like a pack of cards catching up with each and every one of the cabal members much like a gang.
Police officers, it is shown, still continue to abuse civilian society, but Advice Resolutions are looking out for those cases in which corruption will, shall and must be rooted out at every corner of society and exposed. Remember that your taxes pay for a police service and if they get the case investigation wrong they are not going to re-imburse this, so hold them to account, always.
