Advice Resolutions advises on preparation of court service documents for private sector tenancies.

We help clients with completion of court forms for judicial review.

We also help clients complete small claims court forms.

HOUSING CASEWORK, REPRESENTATION AND SUPPORT

Advice Resolutions advocate for clients in homelessness and re-housing cases with social housing and local authority landlords. We advise and represent clients at  meetings. help prepare responses to homelessness review and appeal decisions.  We liaise with local authorities in cases of breach of tenancy obligations by  private sector housing landlords. We advise landlords and tenants on deposit schemes and the tenancy contract. We also advocate and advise tenants in disrepair cases to claim damages for injury to health and personal effects.

EMPLOYMENT DISPUTES CASEWORK, REPRESENTATION AND SUPPORT 

Advice Resolutions helps with preparation of bundles for employment tribunal hearings. We attend the hearings and make a case report for our client. We help clients through our charitable part of the organisation to reach a fair and  financial settlement with their employer, along with securing a good reference.  We help clients identify the strengths and weaknesses in their case at an early intervention stage, saving costs and expenses.

SCHOOL, COLLEGE, AND UNIVERSITY NOTE TAKING, CASEWORK IN APPEALS FOR SCHOOL PLACES  SUSPENSION, AND EXPULSIONS

Advice Resolutions represent parents in appeals for school places, appealing suspensions, and expulsions. We provide assistance to  students in academic lectures by taking notes, especially students with mental health, visual impairment, mobility difficulties, and speech impairment.

DATA PROTECTION ACT COMPLAINTS INCL. RECTIFICATIONS OF INACCURATE DATA

Advice Resolutions Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulations 2018 complaints service has trained several consumers and staff in best customer care practice and rights to keep personal data safe, secure and accurate. Clients have increased their access to public services, welfare benefits, have greater access to personal records, including defendants in motoring offence cases. We have used our skilled investigative techniques in the obtaining of clients’ subject access data (personal data) by having housing and funding resources decisions overturned.

Advice Resolutions help clients with support plans for personal budgets through direct payments under the Care Act 2014. Advice Resolutions NICE guidelines observation, NHS England and Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) guidelines form a primary part of our specialist casework to secure the most favourable health and social care assessment outcomes.
